Simplistic Appetizer - Creamy Crab Bites

Crab Bites are the perfect simplistic recipe for any occasion. I love them because not only do they require little effort, they are beyond delicious! I have a pretty hefty schedule, so I am always looking for ways to reduce time, without minimizing flavor. These quick but tasty bites are my take on my Nana's homemade Cream Crab Egg Rolls. Oh, how I love those! They the perfect combination of crab and cream cheese. Nana's recipe includes homemade cream cheese, fresh crab, and homemade egg roll wrappers. If you are anything like me, you do not have the schedule, patience, or resources to make everything from scratch. Considering the fact that I use shortcuts in this recipe, mine are not as good as Nanas. However, the flavor will not disappoint.
