Savory & Sweet - Banana Maple Bacon Crescent Rolls



I am super excited to present this recipe to you all! This recipe combines savory with sweetness for a decadent brunch feast. I love the combination of savory and sweet! Totally, my favorite combination! I have always loved the combination of bacon and sweets, however adding bananas, brown sugar, butter, and maple syrup takes this flavor to an entirely new level.


Nana always made homemade croissants, bacon, eggs, and grits for breakfast. Sometimes, we had pancakes too! I love those memories. They are certainly some of my favorite memories! To satisfy my breakfast or brunch cravings, I came up with a way to incorporate the flavors, but without the long process. If you are anything like me, you do not have the time to make homemade dough any given morning. This is my take on Nana’s famous breakfast. Trust me, your tastebuds will not be disappointed!



Special Notes

  • You can add in other fruits, or swap out the banana if you prefer a different flavor.

  • You can add pecans, cashews, or even almonds.

  • You can use any savory flavor of your choosing. I recommend using sausage if you wish to replace the bacon.

  • You can use honey as a substitute for syrup.

  • You can also use regular sugar instead of brown sugar.

These not only look awesome but taste awesome! The air fryer makes things alot simpler yet as tasty as the traditional way. Way to go girl! Good!
